I’m experiencing the ‘Data Plans From This Network Provider Cannot be Added’ error message when trying to install the eSIM I’m experiencing the ‘Unable to Complete Cellular Plan Change’ error message I can't seem to scan the QR code. How can I resolve this? How do i setup the APN manually on my Apple device? I’m experiencing the “This code is no longer valid” error

How do i setup the APN manually on my Apple device?

Manual APN setting


Select the eSIM and then Select Mobile Data Network then enter the code shared in the eSIM order you received eg globaldata or rh or internet. 


Please only enter the code in the APN field and not in the Username or Password fields.
